I am Sukey, Hear me Roar, is a series of 7 zines exploring the origin of the chronic PTSD from my earlier life.

A booklet I produced in collaboration with a rheumatologist, targeting older male patients ( who are the biggest demographic in gout patients), encouraging them to make lifestyle changes to help manage their condition.

I'm interested in healthy eating and this is a record of a routine day for me.
